Not even worth one star! Phoned roofline as had leak in roof Scott said he would come out next day turned up 20mins late, couldn’t go up on roof or in loft as “wasn’t wearing correct clothing” said would come back on the Monday both my partner and I asked him if he was sure as was bank holiday! He said he would definitely be here! Never showed, never called, didn’t answer phone when we tried to call. Never use again!
