No free quotation given, turn up & claim roof repair in climbing up ladder & pushed gutter together & down ladder in under 60 seconds & charge £96. I was expecting them to come & discuss & view job in person & then receive quotation. Not a brief text, drive up & carry out 'repair' & drive off without knocking on door & speaking to me.
