Took 3 weeks to replace a conservatory window when I could've used Leeds Glass and had it done in a couple of days. Communication was extremely poor. One of the receptionists is completely incapable of taking correct notes during a phone call or updating the customer with recent activity.

Had two window glasses replaced. Excellent job done fitted with no fuss and arrived punctual at the time agreed.
