Excellent Technical Roofing Company come highly recommended and lived up to my expectations. Their autumn patch kept my leak roof in great shape until they replaced the roof this summer. The crew took care of all my concerns and communicated clearly with me. They took care of some extras that I didn’t notice and did a great clean-up job. Thank you.

This is not a review about Excellent Technical Roofing's replacement of the roof on my 4 unit condo building, but it is a piece of information that I feel should be shared. The week that ETR was at our house was the first time that anything has been stolen from our house. I have filed a police report and discussed with investigators that during the week of the roof replacement, someone with access to the garage took their time to search the garage and take a very valuable item. ETR was the only anomaly that week and it should be known that either, they were not responsible enough to manage the access to our building, or there is a potential that a member of their team is responsible for the missing items. After bringing this to their attention, I have not received any response from the organization's leadership or further consideration. Either way, I would not recommend this company and I would be very cautious inviting them onto my property.
