Could not be happier with the service I've received from JCNM. Obtained several quotes and Jamie's compared very favourably. He was brilliant right from the start, totally up front and reassured me on all my questions (of which there were many!) The roof looks amazing and it was finished right on time. He absolutely went above and beyond and I would have no hesitation in recommending JCNM to anyone.

Quote was obtained and agreed for a new roof. Work started nearly 2 weeks late then kept leaving to do other jobs. Jamie wanted extra money to finish the job saying he hadn’t priced to do the lead even though it was part of the roof. He was paid extra to strip the roof even though he didn’t have to do this. Very rude/ bullying behaviour Roof was left filthy with cement down tiles and wasn’t willing to clean this off. Pointing cracking after 2 months and colour totally faded out. Again Jamie want willing to put right. He gave no guarentee and gave no receipts for cash payments . VERY DISAPOINTED
