Had an appointment for a visit at our home 10am. By 10.30 no one had shown up and no message received to say they would be late etc. Called and was told traffic was bad and person meant to be visiting was busy elsewhere. I said they should have sent a message as husband had left office to be here at 10am and couldnt hang around till 11am/ 11.30 when they suggested they would arrive. No apology given for not letting us know they would be so late. Very unprofessional, will certainly not be using them.

Did they job on time, when they said they would with no cost over run.. The roofers that worked on my porch flat roof were great, very polite, cleaned up after themselves. But best of all the roof doesn't leak anymore!!!

very rude! Wont be using these in the future.
