A large team of roofers from Roofworx have just completed replacing our tenement flat roof, which was in a state of disrepair, with a 3 layer roofing system with a 15 year guarantee. The team of men working on our project worked incredibly hard, carried out the work in a most expedient manner and the job was completed to an extremely high standard. As Edinburgh Council no longer co-ordinates Statutory Notices (unless a danger to the public) We had to contract out the job as a group of owners. We obtained 6 quotes from Roofing companies throughout Edinburgh, had a owners meeting, liaised with Edinburgh Council's Shared Repair dept, set up a communal maintenance bank account to have funds in place and asserted burden via title deeds. This as you can imagine was an extremely time consuming process, so we were delighted that Roofworx not only provided the most competitive quote but also high quality standard of work as promised. Lawrence (Owner Roofworx) is a really nice bloke and he has a great team of lads behind him. He never asked us to part with a penny until we had his work independently inspected at the end of the project.
