Absolute disgrace. Estimator was very friendly and honest, which was the only plus side of the whole experience (this is despite the fact he was 5 hours late). The office staff were rude when I called for an update on timescales, made no mention of the fact that due to this being part of a sale would have to be charged (i.e. not a free quote), promised a quote on the thursday, phoned up that day, promised it would be friday, phoned up that day, told middle of next week. Only to then be told it wouldn't happen at all due to being part of a property sale. Office staff again very rude, were abusive to my wife, gave me the most hostile apology ever after it was pointed out that I had been upfront with a) girl in the office and b) appraiser what the quote was for. Just an incredibly hostile, rude woman. Do not use this firm

Tried to get them to give me a quote - said they would turn up on specific morning - never turned up.. If they're too busy at least call, not everyone can take time off waiting for roofing companies?
