I am usually hard to please, but give credit where it's due. This company were professional from the very first contact. I wanted a quote to have fascia and soffits replaced and they gave me options for an appointment. They checked in before the meeting to make sure it was suitable, then they turned up on time � It wasn't a salesman, but the team who'd be doing the job. They were both well mannered, polite and great to deal with. They offered advice appropriately. They confirmed they'd get a quote to me that day... and they did. I had a figure in my mind that was a 3 year old quote and fair.... they came in well under that price. I booked them straight away. I cancelled 3 other companies who had been poor at communication or timekeeping straight away. They gave an estimated start date and again delivered! They provided an update when they would start and they arrived on time. The job was done efficiently, politely and to a great standard. They left no mess and done an excellent job. We are delighted with the price and service by M&S Contracts... so much so, they'll be the first contact I make for rubber roofing on my garden office! I'd definitely recommend them as a trusted contractor.
