Used RRS for a sectional re-roof in Hollywood Hills area. The access was difficult as they could not get the materials loaded on the roof by a crane like they normally do. They were able to walk the shingles from our side yard all the way to the patio and up a ladder. The crew work especially hard and the supervisor Alvaro was very helpful.

If you hire another roofer, then make sure to ask for all of their insurance policies. I had started working with another roofer who ended up not having workers compensation insurance or general liability insurance. When I called Roof Repair Specialist they sent me their certificate of insurance and they were really friendly. The staff treated my home as if it was their own. I think this is very important, especially when it comes to Roofers. Do your homework and be through.

My in-laws were moving into a new house and I wanted them to get a roof inspection prior since they were moving into an older home. I found roof repair specialist through yelp. They came out and told us that if the roof wasn’t replaced we’d run into bigger problems and they were not just trying to sell to us. The guy actually took pictures and had me go up to the roof with him to show me. Pretty impressed.

These guys are amazing, they really know how to communicate and get the job done. I never felt like they were trying to push anything extra to sell. They got the job done and on point.
