I have to agree with the other reviewers who have had a poor overall experience with this company. They trumpet the long life and guarantee on their products but once you've paid for it, forget it. If you suffer a leak like we did, you won't be able to get hold of them to ask for any follow-up help or work. I rang and emailed, even offering to pay them to come out to look at the roof, but zero response. Calls are never answered, they just go straight to an answerphone and you won't get a call back. Also they made a poor job of replacing our existing guttering which led to sags and leaks, I had to pay a reliable builder to come and fix this for us. Look up this company on the Companies House website, you will see how often the directors have closed one company to reopen under a different name - this should tell you everything you need to know.

Was happy with initial installation and after sales service but now our roof is leaking and they wont return calls, emails or web messages. We have a 30 year guarantee that is not worth the paper it is written on.
