Had a very convincing quote experience but unfortunately the work didn't match the promises. Had all new doors, architraves and skirting fitted by a joiner who wasn't up to the job and the second joiner who came to try to resolve the issues did his best, but the damage had been done. But the painter, who we were informed was the best in the area, was a disgrace, he left paint and varnish on floors, furniture, walls, etc. and didn't leave a professional finish on our new woodwork. As an amateur, I would have been ashamed had I made this mess. The boss of the decorating company promised to resolve all issues but after two or three ten or fifteen minute visits, that was it. Concept's owner was very apologetic and repeatedly told us he would get everything resolved but 12 months later, we are still waiting.
