Their experience was invaluable with great attention to detail and finish to tie in to existing build, with regular engagement with us to discuss suggestions for an improved build from the original architect drawings to keep us informed of the build and payment schedule. The build was excellently project managed to maintain the flow of the build with materials and various trades arriving regularly and the external site was also kept very tidy and safe on a daily basis with a skip and toilet on site throughout. would not hesitate to go anywhere else, perfectly professional.

Having hired them to carry out a roof repair for a client not only did we have to chase them multiple times for updates and works- we were quoted specific works as a permanent solution- only to be advised after that different woks were done and this was a temporary repair but applying the same charges (nearly £600). Querying this, and why we were not consulted when it became apparent that different works were needed than those originally quoted, we were treated like our requests/enquirers were unjust and were told not to contact the company again. Professional? I don't think so. This has been a common experience for us when dealing with roofers- if anyone knows a quality outfit then I'd love to hear about them.

Groom and co were a personal recommendation from a neighbor. We have used the company a handful of times. They done a complete refurb on my salon paying the utmost attention to detail. I would not hesitate to use them again. Every member of the company who has worked in my salon has not only been highly skilled at their job but also polite, trustworthy and respectful to my property.
