Asked Mal to come demolish a greenhouse for work. He arrived and assessed. His team came within the hour to empty it and remove it. Site left in great condition and super quick work! Thank you!

I asked Mal and his team to come around and have a look at an external crack at the side of the house as well as some loose paint/plaster that was on the other side of the wall. The main crack was treated and Mal also filled in another crack further down the wall without charging me any extra. Both cracks were filled in and all of the mess was cleared away. Inside, the wall was skimmed beautifully and professionally and again, all of the mess was cleared away leaving nothing for me to do. 100% professionalism throughout and Mal was extremely helpful with his advice and knowledge. I asked Mal of McCann Building Services to quote for some rendering work at the rear of a property I own. The rear of the property looked dreadful aesthetically and there were some holes and cracks in the render which was letting in damp and moisture. Mal turned up on time to our meeting, he was honest, explained what he intended to do and why, he gave all possible scenarios to consider and I ended up with a comprehensive quote at a competitive rate. On the day of the works, the team came as expected and got on with the job. They were very helpful in explaining the process. At the end of the job, Mal sent me a collection of photos to document the process involved in the work which was helpful to see. I contacted McCann Building Services to repair cracks in external render and a leaking roof, both contributing to damp issues in a rear bedroom. They were professional throughout and the repairs were completed to a high standard. Will use again.
