A very professional standard of work has been completed on our kitchen and garden room, which now provide us with open plan living. My new kitchen now looks better than anything I have seen in any high street showroom and we have a fantastic outlook to the garden. There were a few underlying problems found at the beginning of the renovation to which Ben and the team always fixed for which we were informed of every step of the way. As we planned the layout of the kitchen and other areas to be worked on, we were provided with alternative suggestions by Ben, that looked better than we original thought or planned which shows in the work completed. Pro Build were well organised, worked efficiently, arrived on time, always tidied up before leaving and I would highly recommend their services. We cannot praise Ben and his team enough for the building work they’ve done on our bungalow. So professional, knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. They worked so hard and made sure everything was swept up and tidy at the end of each day. Nothing was too much trouble. We asked Pro Build to check a repointing issue that raised in a survey we had carried out in a potential new home. We were advised by Ben that although there is some normal maintenance there was nothing that needed his skills. Ben has talked himself out of work this time but we will definitely use him if needed in the future. Lindsey kept us informed and responded to any emails quickly. Many thanks to both of you.

Ben and his team have done a fantastic job at our property in Heacham. Typically the property needed a lot more doing than originally thought but Ben has worked hard with us to prioritise things and help keep costs as low as we possibly could. The standard is really quality and it basically looks like a different house. I would highly recommend Pro Build Norfolk. added some completed photos with the extensive work and attention to detail. It's a shame you can't smell the difference too as damp completely gone.

It seems Ben has been working on many sites recently, according to the review dates, lucky customers! He deserted my house early in December, without finishing, and has no intention to do so, not even to fix some of the poor work he's done (see photos). We had recently come to a deal, and though I respected my part he has, yet again, not respected his. Edited to reflect he finally respected his part of the deal and came to fix the issues, and apologised for the necessary mess.
