We had a tar-and-gravel roof that was more than 20 years old and leaking. I bid the job out and Javier Garcia team was quick to come out and do the bid. They weren't the cheapest but they seemed like they would do the most professional job. They turned out to be professional as expected. Finding some of the concrete on the house had to be replaced, they called in a subcontractor. All was smooth and as up front as you could imagine. When there was a leak after the roof was put on, Javier was going to come over immediately to check it out before I discovered that it had nothing to do with the roof but a problem in our light well.
