Stay away! absolutely useless. They don't answer emails or calls. The office just takes messages and never respond. Engineers turn up without prior warning (despite an average of 10 unanswered calls a day) and have caused huge embarrassment for us to the client. Now having to go through legal proceedings just to get our deposit back!
