Had all my fascias just before xmas 2018 and few weeks ago some concrete/cement has come away from between the roof and fascias contacted tmw several times and was promised they would be out within 1 week still no luck and now I dont even get a response really annoying because I was pleased with the job up until now

I’ve just seen the TV item on TMW and couldn’t disagree more. The piece didn’t look too good but I have used Neil from TMW to carry out various works for us in the past and he has always done superb work for us. Well all these reviews off happy customers must be friends and family because we were totally RIPPED OFF by this so called roofing specialist. He’s a liar, a glazier ( not builder) and a total COWBOY!!!! Stay well away as we have all the proof needed to put this scam artist out of business. Soon to be public Neil Taylor!!!!
