Patrick offered a fair price for my flat roof replacement, and stuck to it. I received a professional quote, a smart job, and a professional invoice at the end. There were some serious complications on the job, due to a previously bodged renovation, and Patrick dealt with it efficiently and effectively. Can't recommend highly enough. If only all contractors worked like this!

Discovered a leak around my chimney at about 8:45am on a Saturday. Patrick was at my house within 20mins and had the problem fixed by 10:30am. AMAZING. He offered me alternate solutions with great value pricing. Highly recommend!!! And a jolly nice chap!!!!

Patrick came to my house to quote me for repairing a leak around some flashing. I was surprised when, after getting on the roof to look at the problem, he told me he could fix it there and then (and for a very reasonable price). Not only did Patrick fix my problem, he's a really nice, friendly guy. As another reviewer said, I wish all tradesmen were like this. Highly recommended!
