Awful experience with this company. Paid over £2500 to rebuild chimney for leak through roof. Less than one year later water still leaking through roof. When asked about guarantee for work was told by company that they don't guarantee work as it could be a number of factors why roof was still leaking. If they quickly diagnosed cause of leaking roof as problem with chimney, which they rebuilt, now the continued leak could be something else! Multiple attempts to contact firm failed. Eventually 8 months later promised that they would remedy problem, and still no sign of them. Now pursuing justice through courts. In my opinion they are not to be trusted.
