If you want a botched job and no chance of a follow up to fix it then Blair's you man. Did a job for us after being recommended, turned up and was as rushed as he could, left without completing but with cash in pocket. Supposed to have a 25 year guarantee, he didn't supply any paperwork and in the first 20 days the flat roof he replaced had come away at the edges. Despite over 30 phone calls ad emails still no sign of him coming to fix. Now 9 months later, all the edging is coming of his work and quite clearly not glued it in some areas. I paid top whack and all i have is a sheet of rubber lying on my flat roof. Wouldn't be so bad but repeated promises to come up have never happened. Total criminal, not a tradesman, certainly not a good roofer and as dishonest as the day is long. Stay well clear, he will rob you!
