Some of the photos on here are of my balcony and my garage roof ! Michael was great fitting it and taking the money for it but try and get him back to repair a leak and it's a different matter - false promises I'll be there tomorrow - the guys are on their way now but no one shows up - I would never recommend Michael and Reid Roofing ever! I have pages and pages of messages promising to come and repairs since the beginning of December and I also have a hole in my kitchen ceiling due to water damage! STAY CLEAR!!!

Rattling slates on my dormer,broken roof tiles a leak damaged light fitting left a load of rubbish on the flat dormer roofs,said he would pay for damage caused by the leak and for damaged light fitting,said he would come back and fix the rat slates and broken tiles still waiting on all of the above,now I'm having to get another roofer to repair the roof and a solicitor to take him to court for the price of the repairs etc,Michael promises this that and the next thing bloody joke

sounded good when they arrived, then no contact kept promising to arrive turned up out the blue, ripped slates off my roof stuck a useless plastic tray under my slates, didn't fibreglass my gutters, more broken slates than whole, gutters still leaking poss roof as well, will take a real tradesman a week to repair.
