I came across Lloyd by mistake, called the wrong person and I'm very glad! It took a few attempts for our first meeting to quote for the roof and I'm glad I was patient. Lloyd communicated well and I could sense he was an honest guy. We discussed the possibilities for my small flat roof and very soon came up with a solution and price. It was on a tenanted property so we had to communicate three way with the tenants. They were moving in on the day Lloyd was working on the roof so it could have been difficult! I can happily say it all went very smoothly and I'm very happy with the standard of work; Lloyd's expertise; the clearing up afterwards and the price. The invoice reminds me I can call with any concerns at anytime. One happy landlady. Thank you Lloyd :-)
