Tom came around, quoted, explained, set a date and delivered. They did a fabulous job, accommodated small changes, worked around the electrics being done and snagged the job to perfection. The room has been transformed and is now a fully integrated room within the totally open-plan house !! No more temperature variations and no more rain-noise !! I would have no hesitation in recommending Coretech for the following reasons: Workmnship. Our roof project was a complex project which demanded careful planning and skill in execution. The Coretech scored admirably in both aspects. The workmanship could not be better. Professionalism. The Coretech crew work together as a seamless unit with each member knowing exactly what to do and when to do it. The result was a perfect job finished precisely on time. Ease of Communication. All of the Coretech team were polite and more than willing to answer questions and even carefully moved a large growing cactus to prevent it from coming to harm. The Finishing Touch. At the end of the project, I was surprised to find the work area had been cleaned and all trace of debris removed from the garden and work site. They had actually washed and dried the tiled floor. In summary. We rightly judged that Coretech was an excellent firm from our first face to face contact which took place in our conservatory where we requested a quotation for replacing the poly carbonate roof with a modern solid structure. Tom and Andrew from Coretech gave a short but detailed explanation of the work that would be required together with a the technical aspects of the self supporting roof structure. There was no attempt at “Pressure salesmanship” as had been the case with other contractors which we had approached. The quotation was very commutative and we signed the contract immediately. My glass roof conservatory, as it was, was too hot in the summer to use and too cold in the winter months to use; therefore we couldn't use it as we wanted to. At our first meeting Tom was punctual, polite and affable and explained the range of options available with no hard sell. The installation and final internal plastering took less than a week with Tom and his assistant arriving punctually each morning and working through until the day's work was done. Each day they were both polite, courteous and professional. We now have a conservatory that is a pleasure to sit in; comfortable on hot days and warm on cold days, (and with a lot less condensation as well). There are many companies out there providing this product but I would certainly recommend this family run business for their professionalism, experience, friendliness and customer service.
