James did a great job putting in dry wall and repairing the roof of my new property. Does a thorough job and is very tidy. Really friendly service. Would recommend.

Did a fantastic repoint job for me on my gable wall. The pointing was in such bad shape it was letting in rainwater and was partially covered in ivy, all of which was dealt with by James at a low price. The wall is now in much better shape than when it was originally built! To add to that this job was done in January in terrible weather and in very limited and challenging space (part of the job required hanging off the edge of scaffolding) but James was here every day until the job was done. As a final point, we recently accidentally transferred nearly a thousand quid to James and he took his own time to immediately go to the bank and transfer it back to us! Couldnt recommend enough. Used James to complete repairs on the roof and chimney of our new property along with drainage work. He was very thorough and incredibly tidy. We will use James again for further work during the renovation process.

If I could give no stars I would these guys give delboy and rodney a run for their money, which is exactly what you'll loose if you let these guys near your property. It is hard to believe there is people who talk and act like that still in the building game talking about plus vodka and tonic ( plus vat) and "special turbo screws you see init" is just laughable...then asking for £1000 cash before they've lifted a hammer checking out their on line credentials I then find out James is a master builder....wait for it...in the then communist east Germany.... mangetu mangetu ...Follow up.... As this is very typical of what you might see on an episode of cowboy builders straight after an episode of only fool's and horses...would you really want to get tied up or have dealings with a company that takes people to court to get money out of them over a job that was never started or without even a "contract" in place ...or that bends the truth in that, they have only lodged for a court date and not actually taken anyone to court...I think this is a case of "hard cheese" and that they were caught out waffling trying to relieve you of your money...james mulvenna may be registered as a master builder in east Germany lol but...not in this country! Let this be a public warning to all..it's not only who you let in to do your property work, it's also who you may get to quote to! Or you may come home to someone on your roof without prior consent and their hand out£.. All i wanted was my roof fixed...this is what i got. weather I win loose or draw if this matter ever ends up in court, I'm only thankful that they didnt do the job as" court" is exactly where this would have ended up when the roof failed anyhow ..enough said To follow up again on mulvennas dodgy Court actions who copied out his t&c's from another builders website only 2 months b4 the hearing and won on a technicality authenticating on his dodgy business... bravo bravo james lol....I will look forward to paying you £1 a month for the next several years though I hope it won't affect your dla benefit....as for the bankrupt neighbour next door, I think you'll make a great team👍
