I have been trying to work with this company for over a month. They were the original roofers on a commercial building that I help manage, and we are having lots of issues with it. We got an inspector to come out, but ever since they have been unhelpful and non responsive. I have left multiple voicemails, emailed, and called and spoken to several employees who all say they will get back to me, but in the end—nothing! I was even told multiple times by Anna that we were “not a priority right now.” I didn’t realize it could be so difficult to pay someone to do work that they do for a living. Very frustrating.

3.5 year old roof that has leaks. They fixed 1 leak the first year and came out another time for a second leak but did not fix that problem. I tried at least 6 more times over 1.5 years to get them to come back and look at old leak and 2 newer leaks but they never would. Not even my contractor could get them to come back. We have leaks in our foam and tile roof. The warranty had expired so I told them we had no problem paying. Still nothing. There are better companies out there.
