The job was done fast and correct and the roof looks nice. The customer service was terrible. Jeff gave me one day notice to when they would start, I was out of town and could not provide a downpayment so he took my card information but didn't remind me he would charge extra for it, did not provide an updated quote, it took 3 week to provide final invoice, and didn't offer to pay for the AC seal that I had to have repaired. Good work on the shingle roof, but I wouldn't use again.

Highly NOT recommended. Called to set up an appointment. After hemming and hawing about not being able to be at my house before 10 am (why?), whoever I talked to (presumably Paul) agreed to come out to my house "around" 10 am. Then, a total no show. It always baffles me that such irresponsible/lazy people like this can somehow maintain a business -- don't let them off so easy.

Paul's Roofing re-coated the buildings at our church. We received two quotes. Fortunately, we went with Paul's and were very satisfied. Jeff and his crew did a great job. They finished the job in the timeline they stated and cleaned up around the church buildings.

This contractor was easy to work with and provided fair pricing. We have had both our flat roof and tile roof replaced by them at a very fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
