I don't even want to give them one star but you can't post if you don't click one star. I have been reaching out to Delta Bay to do some work for me in Stockton for the last couple of years for specific jobs. As busy as I am, I don't like to baby sit jobs so I don't mind paying more. Recently I have waited 4 months for quotes on apartment building. On top of that they had me wait 3 hours for them to arrive to an appointment and I had to call them to see where they were. They didn't have the courtesy to call me and tell me they were running late again. Absolutely not acceptable. I would never waste anyone's time like this. Especially, when I'm the customer with lots of future work for them. When I sent a message to them about being disappointed, I get a call from Valerie with an attitude. I won't refer this company to anyone in the future as I have been. There are other companies out there who appreciate peoples time and easier to work with.
