HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, QUALIFIED & INSURED!!! From initial meeting, price, quality and completion…I can say that Q-Roofing needs 10 Stars! Guillermo and his team showed up on time every day and really did a quick install of our whole roof including a patio area. (5 days!) Once the old roof was removed, he showed me all the areas that would need repairs and explained what was going to be done. Since we have a solar system, they coordinated the removal/reinstallation of the panels with a qualified solar company. They also provided the matched paint for the flashing and boards for the side patio. We previously only had two attic vents and one of them was not above the garage, which they installed four more, low-profile vents to cool during those hot days. The clean up every day was spot-on and all the little things made a difference with this company, from using QUALITY materials for the decking, underlayment, and shingles, to properly doing repairs/and installation of the new roof. They even have this nifty magnet that picks up nails on the last day and we did a final walk-thru of the new roof and everything done to it. As a business owner myself, this is a company that takes pride in their work and does the job right the first time! Mireya was also a great help with communication through emails and phone calls. If you are in the market for a new roof or repairs, this is YOUR company!
