Working with Rob and his crew was easy. They were on time, and came in when they said they were going to be there. Rob was responsive and thorough, and the final bill matched the estimate. We will be recommending 4th Gen to anyone else who needs a new roof or a repair!

Working with the 4th Generation staff was a pleasure. Repairs were done in a day. Staff kept me up to date on things and very pleased.

BEWARE!!! After being paid a $3,000 deposit the owner skipped town, never to be heard from again leaving us with a disastrous leak. 4th generation was hired to fix a leak in our roof. After a storm we discovered the leak was not fixed in the midst of repairs (tiles off, ladders & debris on the property). After calling for several days, Robert apologized for being out of town and promised to get his crew out to remedy the leak. He was never heard from again. We had to hire another company after shelling out $3k.
