Rudest people ever. After calling to question their warranty because my 3 year old roof was leaking, I was screamed at and hung up on. Now they don't pick up the phone. Real mature. Lawyered up and going after these a**holes. DO NOT USE.
My experience with Victoria Roofing in Miami was excellent. They were actually the only roofing company that went inside my attic to assess where exactly was the leak. The other two companies just estimated where it was.Victoria Roofing's prices are very competitive, and their customer service was great. On the day of the job, they arrived on time, and finished the work that same day. I am very happy with their work and I highly recommend this company.
Don't ever use these people though get your money and you'll never see them again
How fast they responded. How quick and thorough they completed the job. Well worth the money and time saved.
If they had 0 starts I would select that but unfortunately it don’t let me post this without at least selecting 1. Therefore welcome to my experience, If u want good costumer service look somewhere else because they are definitely lacking that part. To make my long story short I basically bought a house from Lennar and within the 1 st year had many roof issues and of course since they have the big contract with Lennar they came and supposedly fix my leaks. Fast FW 2 years and the same leak came back. I’ve been calleing them for 6 months now and still till this day no call back from anyone all I get to do is to leave a message with the receptionist and every time I call is the same story “they will contact you but we are really busy with other projects”. I absolutely understand that they are busy and therefore I’ve been patiently waiting for 6 months. But until when is a costumer supposed to wait?? Your company has shown me that you really don’t care to follow up with any costumer issues and or repairs that you never did correct to begin with. I’m not saying that I shouldn’t pay for anything but at least have the decency to call back your costumers and follow up on something that you supposedly repaired 100% and inspect your work. Typical corporation only delivering good service to be able to close big contracts $$$ and letting the little people burn after it is all set and done. Very disappointed with you guys and yes I’ve asked for a supervisors phone number and they always tell me that they can’t give that out that they will contact me. Still waiting.... Regards, Al
