2018/11/6 - My roof repair was done. Out of the three roofing companies I called for an estimate, Perfect Roofing of Florida was the only company to return my call instantly and schedule a visit to give an estimate for my roof/leak repair. Emmanuel was very professional, seemed very honest and straight forward when showing me where the problem on my roof was. After providing me a quote, we decided to schedule the work for the following week and was very accommodating to my schedule. The day of the repair, Emmanuel and a crew arrived on time and began the work. I was very pleased to receive messages with pictures of the repair work progressed, which made me feel very comfortable with what they had done without me being on top of their work. The price they offered me to get the job done, I believe, was very reasonable. I would truly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or just a repair as they were very professional from beginning to end.

Emanuel is super professional guy and knows exactly how every little details of the process works; being that my home is in Coral Gables the permit process is way more complicated than normal - With Emanuel he kept me up to date with all the documents needed to be signed by the city along with the best way to go about everything as I was unable to be present at the job site... long story short I never had the pleasure of meeting him personally but he was keeping me informed every step of the way. Today, the house looks amazing and the job is excellent couldn't be happier... he was also very fair with price given all the wood he had to replace... I normally don't leave reviews, but this guy was on his game about roofing and I'm glad somehow we got to him. Thanks Perfect Roofing of Florida you guys are the best!
