Terrible! They came in to fix a roof leak near our fireplace chimney. It took two weeks to complete. Then, when the first rain hit, we could actually hear the rain on hitting our ceiling...it was going right through the roof! When we called, they said it was impossible and were reluctant to send someone out to fix it again. Finally, they did. The second fix held for exactly 1 day after the 1 year warranty...figures! Never use these people. We had to do the job again in a year.

It has been a nightmare to work with this company. Everything from the sales pitch to finishing the inspection on a simple roof job has been difficult. Two months after job completion our roof is leaking again, worse than before Landmark construction replaced our roof. I would not recommend using Landmark Construction and I will never use them again. Just wait for the right company to bid your job, we rushed in and are now paying the price, months and months of work to get the job finished and now trying to deal with a repair job so recently after just finishing.
