Built my home with Kainesville and was made all the right promises up front. They kept pushing back the closing date and there were never any contractors at the house. After the close they make every excuse in the book to not fix anything and finally ended up telling me that they were filing bankruptcy to avoid doing warranty work. There are better builders out there for your money.
