John's Roofing diagnosed two leaking skylights a few years ago, told us new skylights would fix the leaks in two bathrooms' ceilings. After having John's replace both skylights, the leaking continued. We called them to come back countless times, and a few of those times a guy came and applied more sealant, but with no final resolution to this day. My master bathroom is still leaking in the exact same spot as before the skylight replacement, right down through this old light fixture next the other drip hole in the ceiling. We aren't safe or healthy in a house that has an ongoing leak, nor can we renovate the 1967 bathroom until it's DRY. Two stars for getting the skylights in, one works fine but terrible customer service in terms of response, follow through and actually finishing the job that included fixing the water coming into the roof.
