Several years ago, Thayer’s Exteriors reroofed a shed for us. The result was excellent which did not surprise me, since I had been acquainted with Jason Thayer for some time and felt confident that his company would perform well. More recently, I engaged them to replace the roof on our house. Coincidentally, a tree limb fell on one corner of our house the day before they were scheduled replace the roof. When they arrived, I showed Jason the bent up gutter and loose fascia and asked if the gutter could be repaired and the fascia replaced. He said he would take care of it. I also showed him a small section of damaged fascia on the opposite corner of the house which he said he would replace also. The following day, a workman from Thayer’s appeared and expertly carried out the needed repairs, the roofing project having been completed the previous day. I was especially grateful that both the functional and aesthetic aspects of the gutter could be restored avoiding the need to replace the entire gutter or create a seam. This work was not part of the roofing contract, however there was no added charge. We were, of course, pleased with this generosity, and also very pleased with the new roof itself.

I’ve known this company for a while. I’ve seen a lot of there work over the years, exterior and interior work. That’s why I had them do my roof. They were on time, did excellent work, and did everything I asked them to do. The final price was close to the estimate that they quoted me a year an half prior, which I was very surprised because I thought for sure that the price would increase over time like everything else does. I have recommended them to family and friends, they have done same quality work. So all of that being said, as long as they are in business, I will keep using them in the future for my projects and I will absolutely keep recommending them!!!

Thayer's Exteriors has been a great company to work with, and their crews are the best. They replaced a roof, a deck, and the house and several buildings were painted. They were always on time, did excellent work, and the clean-up with each job was excellent. Would not think of calling anyone else, and have recommended them several times.

Thayer's did an amazing job getting to give a quick estimate that was very reasonable for an entire roof. They showed up in the morning and my roof completely re-roofed in less than a half a day. They treated us like part of their family. I totally recommend them.

Thayer's has done both interior and exterior work and all of it has been done correctly the first time. I've had siding replaced, a window and patio door replaced, decking, and kitchen cabinetry work. They are not the cheapest, but when it's done correctly the first time and done well, it's worth it. I highly recommend Thayer's and they are my first choice for home improvement and repair that is too big for me or too complex (or when i don't have enough time).
