Replaced my residential roof. Excellent service. Crew worked late for two days to complete job. Clean up was super. Definitely recommend.

I was pretty disappointed. One, I was told they will call for this this and this and I had to be the one to call to get information. Once I was told they will be there Monday to do the roof, they showed up on Thursday at 9pm to drop of supplies, then started on the roof Friday. I have dogs and my mom was suppose to come get them Sunday night so they wouldn't bark. This did not happen. Then we have security cameras that show the men half the time not even near the house just wondering around being noisy. One even took a nap in the middle of the drive way. We had stuff that looked like spit on the side of the house. They had the hose out so why didn't they at least spray it off. They used the antenna as a ladder. Then knowing we have dogs, they did a poor job picking up the nails. We had to have a guy come the next day to pick up over 50 nails from our yard while we had to get them out of the gutters ourselves. I have pictures and sent them to the sells person and he said they will of course contact me. I tried to get a hold of them 3 times in two week time frame. NOTHING. So I finally told the guy just to give me the bill so we can get it over with. The pictures are of the guy napping, them wondering around, stuff from the gutters, spit on the house, the line on deck goes all the way across a 8 foot deck, and my smashed plants. Dead grass every where, not as bothered by that but it was just a cherry on top.

Jared Clark did a great job getting our Timberline American Harvest shingles ordered and the Royalty Roofing crew installed promptly. The Cedar Falls shingle color is perfect for the look we wanted. Highly recommend them and could not be happier with our new roof!

We had a new roof installed a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier!! Jared Clark came to our home, got on top of our roof himself and evaluated it very thoroughly and then discussed with my husband and I what would be the best products for our needs. He gave a start date and the crew arrived promptly and even worked through lunch to finish in 1 day.... Jared even stopped in to check on their progress at the end of the day.. As they were finishing up 1 of the crew men started re-doing a small area... Jared asked what was up and the gentleman replied he wasn't happy with that area and didn't think it would pass inspection...😊 After they were finished, they were very thorough with running those large metal magnet rollers through our yard for any stray nails and other metal pieces (our dog Henry thanks you for this!!)😄. We are very happy with our new roof and gutters and even more happy with the excellent customer service and professionalism of the crew!! Thank you Royalty Roofing for an excellent job done!!
