Good news and bad news. Most people want the bad news first to get it out of the way. Bad news: they are expensive. Very. However, they don’t hide that, deny it, or apologize for it. Rather, they explain it. Good news: Customer service is impeccable. You are kept completely in the loop throughout every step of your investment. Speed is unrivaled. They send a large crew that knows exactly what every person’s role is. Highly efficient. Great product. Peace of mind. If something goes wrong, they commit to fixing it - for life. Final tally: You can find cheaper, but not better. I would recommend to anybody to spend the money, do it right, do it once, and never worry about your roof again.

Tom came out and was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything in great detail so we knew exactly what we were purchasing. Our roof was installed a week later. The job only took one day. Then a few days later, our guttering was installed. Only downside was they left a few pieces debris in our yard and we found a couple nails... otherwise great service.

We love our new roof. Honest Abe roofing sales rep Tom told us they would have the new roof up in 2 or 3 days. They got it done in 1 day and the guttering 2 days later. It was very expensive but no more leaks. Thanks honest abe

BEST DECISION WE MADE. You want the best you ask for Mike. He was extremely thorough on the walk around, when he got on the roof, got in my attic to assess any potential damage or leaks, got into the attic above my garage as well to assess any damage or leaks. He spent 1 hour making sure what all was good and what all was bad. He gave us the best options available and showed us the pictures of what the inside look like. I was with him the entire time as this was the first time I've ever had to replace a roof. I'm also glad to say that this will be the last time that I will ever have to replace my roof. there are excellent at customer service their excellent at follow up their excellent explaining everything that you need and everything that you don't need. Prior to Mike coming out I had two other companies give me an estimate when was low when was middle and neither one of them were as thorough as Mike was during the inspection process. Let me tell you about the crew that came. these are the hardest working individuals I've ever seen in my life. not one time did they complain not one time do they Mumble or grumble. It was hot it was muggy there are bugs. They did a fantastic job they took one break which was 45 minutes. They had to not just replace the roof but several and I mean several boards as well as do some construction as our roof was in really really bad shape and we knew that it was in bad shape. We had a hail storm come through and we had some damage to other areas of our house and he looked at the roof. The company says it can withstand softball-size hail 120 or 130 I can't remember mile per hour winds. I told the adjuster that. He said well we'll just see about that. He got on our roof and looked and said "buddy there's nothing. I can't find any damage to this roof. They were right." he was also impressed about how they reinforce everything with the way that they nail everything down because it's not common practice that he sees the way this company does the job. And he told me they did the job right. But the fact that I don't ever have to put anything else on my roof as long as I own my home is comfort and peace of mind. We often say that " I am a customer for life." In this instance because I'll never have to do anything to my roof again or pay anything out of pocket ever again still makes me a customer for life.
