Poor quality of service for the following reasons. Contacted on 07-09-18 to set up appointment was instructed that a message would be left. I followed up on 7-10-18, was instructed that a message was left for the owners but dont have an ETA on when I would receive a call back, it's up to the owners to determine a call back time. If your looking for professionalism I would recommend looking somewhere else.

Dave, Cougar and their team did an excellent job installing vinyl siding on my house. I could tell during the estimate that they had great attention to detail. Their quote was competitive with others I received, and they came highly recommended from people I trusted. The work was completed on time, on budget as expected. Their staff was professional on site, and no cleanup was needed when they were done. They even cleaned my gutters! They went over and above my expectations and I would hire them again without hesitation. They've earned my respect and future business.

Dave, Cougar and the rest of the guys did a great job on my windows and siding. I was thinking about selling my house then decided to look into changing some stuff and doing some home improvements and they made the experience pretty painless. The construction wasn't noisy and the guys were friendly to have around. My electric bill went down a little as well from all of the newer stuff so that's a plus. I'd recommend them for home improvements.

Dave came out and replaced the siding on my house and did an excellent job. I thought it would take a long time but it turned out to be a pretty quick process. My electric bill was lower this summer and the house looks great!
