Clean,well lit, easily accessible, friendly staff

Called three times for a quote for bathroom exhaust fans to be installed through the attic. Finally got a quote, the owner rushed out with a contract to sign and said they would be in contact to schedule the work. Called two more times and finally received a call from someone that said they were on their way to do the work but we were out of town- told them we’d be happy to actually schedule. Called twice more but no response. Work not completed no money lost but they obviously don’t take jobs like this seriously and lost out on an entire bathroom remodel because of it.

Very unhappy with the customer service! I ordered a custom door 5 months ago today. There was an initial delay that was not McPike’s fault - a a manufacturer error - at least that’s what I was told. I totally understood that and the door was reordered. They did not install prior to my July vacation. I called a month ago To let them know that I was back. It has been one excuse after another. But what really irritated me was that I have had to call to initiate the conversations — not even the common courtesy to be proactive or at times respond. I will never do business with this company again and never recommend them.

This place is amazing! Very clean up to date on units. Got my "Thumbs Up"
