I worked with Jerry on an ADA project for our home late last summer, where we were welcoming my parents to live with my husband and me. They provided great service and were attentive detail, including custom-building a safety gate for our staircase that matches the stain and style of the existing railing. They were a pleasure to work with through and through.

I wasn't sure if I should give them 1 star or 2 and this review is on only their service. I need a new exterior front door and side lights. A very nice gentleman came to the house to measure the door and have me pick out the door and side lights I wanted. I did not here back from him for about 10 days. I called to make sure that he had the correct email address, which he did. I finally received a quote with a picture of the door and contract to sign. The picture he sent was nowhere near the door I had selected. Actually it was my neighbors door that they installed. I emailed him back telling him that it was the wrong door and described the door I selected. I also told him I really liked the door on their website that had the large half moon window above the door that I do. About a week later he sent me another picture of a door that did not have the window above the door and was a wood door not a steel door. I went back and explained once again that no that was the incorrect door. I have not heard back from him since and that was 3 weeks ago. I feel like he didn't focus on what I was asking for and did not remember me or my home.

Called Doppler Construction out 3 weeks ago to get an estimate on some work for our basement. We have called multiple times asking for the proposed estimate, left VM’s, and talked to John Doppler, who keeps telling us they are very busy, giving us extended dates and he would send the estimate over. Still after 3 weeks, no estimate. Seems to be a trend with this company. Very frustrating! If that’s how you conduct business we don’t want you doing any type of work in our home. Very unprofessional in my opinion!!!

Excellent work and great communication. Are already utilizing their services for a second project. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Doppler Construction to anyone! They are very professional and the work they do is outstanding! This company treats your home as if it was their own.
