An estimator from Horner Roofing was doing estimates in our neighborhood and stopped by to see if we also wanted an estimate. The estimator was very kind and very thorough. He explained all of the things he noticed, and also explained them in a way that I could understand. He was very prompt in giving his estimate.

Good communication; understanding of what needed to be done; quickly accomplished. Clean up by roofers was good; not so much the same by gutter and downspout service provider. Logged my criticism and Horner followed through to correct the issue.

The procedure for insurance claim was easy and we had to do nothing and they handled all contact with insurance claims rep. Beautiful work, professional sales and installers. Will be contacting in the future for new siding. I highly recommend Horner Roofing and Siding Company!!
