Our initial experience with this company was awesome they came completed the job within a day... I want to say no longer that a day and half. This review is not because of there work, it's because they weren't responsible enough to pay their bill. A couple months passed and my husband received a certified letter in the mail stating we could possibly have a lien placed on our home because century roofing didn't pay the company they purchased material from.... so my family is in the middle of Century Roofing and an attorney fighting over paying a bill that we have nothing to do with. We paid this company in full, and now are home could have a lien placed on it. Another thing I would like to add is when I called the rep for the company he sounded as if he had an attitude with us because we are concerned about our home. With the first letter we received the person I spoke to said they were working on negotiations with their third party, ok I gave the co. the benefit of the doubt. So another month passes we get another letter from the attorney that century still hasn't paid them. We call them back today and he gives me "Attitude" we are taking care of it and we will send you a letter when it's rectified. The first time was not ok, but we settle for the lame excuse, but with the second letter we received from the company's lawyer is not acceptable any longer so I will pursue legal advice and get an attorney too.... I am aware of this antiquated law in Illinois but this company is responsible for paying their bills not us....I will follow up with the outcome good, or bad. Totally not happy with the way this company has done us and not being up front and honest!!

Replace my nieces roof. We had a very good experience with this company. They were on-time, professional and very skilled. I would recommend them to anyone needing major work done on their roof.
