Saw their booth at Uncle John's flea market. Stopped and talked to them and scheduled them to come and give a quote. We made it clear that we would not make a decision that day and that my husband would not be there. I stated that we were getting other quotes. They said that was no problem, John Landenberger sales specialist was unprofessional. Since my husband wasn't home and I was not making a decision on the spot he refused to quote. I would not waste my time with them. I guess they are making so much money that they don't want my business
I have had my windows completely install since December 2018 Brand new windows that do not close all the way, the casement windows which were sold to me as the better window. (More expensive) The winter showed several of the windows accumulated condensation (the ones that DO NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY) I have called and emailed both the company that sold and installed them and the manufacturer. I explained the windows had frost on them on the inside, I emailed videos and photos. I was told that due to showering and cooking and how amazing these windows were that is why they have condensation which froze on the inside of my home. I had thermal imaging done on the windows. One bedroom window looks as though it wasn't insulated around the frame at all before installing the actual window. The ones that do not close all the way, those are the ones that show in the thermal imaging the area that is extremely cold( hence where the condensation formed). The manufacturer sales rep emailed me and the owner that the windows need to be adjusted. 4/8/2019 New Casement windows are RUSTING (attached photos) I have checked all of them and they all rust in the same spot. So Disheartened with this purchase. 4/12/19 The owner reached out and came to inspect the windows. She is committed to stand behind her work. Feeling super relieved. 6/1/2019 Had another gentleman come out and re-trim all my windows and actually finish insulating them on the bottoms. They do look way better. Some do have caulk from the first install that will not come off at all and the new trim only butts up to some of it, leaving a caulk line on the windows and then the trim line. So we will have to stain and add additional caulk. I feel the owner did every thing in her power besides completely install new windows again to make this transaction right. The only thing now is to wait until the winter to see if the thermal imagine is actually a manufacturer issue. One step at a time. Happy that the owner stepped up to make sure the end result was satisfactory~Without argument or anything.. Only wish the first install was completed this way it would have saved me loads of time and less caulk~
I was impressed the moment the representative John, came to my home to show me the windows. I loved that he was not pushy at all and let me husband and I make our decision without pressure. We ended up purchasing replacement windows for the first level of our home. Anytime I had a question I called and my phone call was returned promptly. The windows were installed yesterday and the job was done quickly and without issue. My husband and I had never had a big home improvement project done before but because this went off so well we are having them come back to do our roof and siding. It's so nice to find a company with a great product and great customer service. Thank you
