Great work! We had our siding, windows, doors, gutters, fascia, downspouts done and it looks excellent! Would recommend to any and all getting work done in the Northwest region of Indiana.

Great, friendly service. Was done in a timely fashion. We had windows, doors, gutters, soffet and siding all replaced. The house looks great and we couldn't be happier!

Extremely unhappy with the service affordable remodelers provided. First comment I would like to make is that my insurance provider mentioned she smelled alcohol when meeting the contractor to inspect house! My adjuster from my insurance can verify that! Totally unacceptable! It’s important to get a good contractor! Not one that isn’t assertive and doesn’t know what they are doing! Anyone can start a business but that doesn’t mean they are more than just a middle man..my suggestion is to go elsewhere! Young kids were sent out to remove siding..house board damages in process and back garden window damaged in process. Siding took an extremely long time to replace. Last guy hired to help knew nothing about siding and never had done it before. County Inspector stopped at the property to remark that the wrap was being done incorrectly and wanted to inform me. Studs missed when hanging siding causing some electrical problems..also wanted to mention I had a nail in my tire from things not correctly cleaned up. I had to remove and dispose of siding and waste since they never provided the dumpster they were paid to provide and use to waste materials...TOTAL MESS!!! Roof vents were changed. Now we have leaks. Called the company out three times and believe me they don’t seem to have a clue what to do. Now it’s our problem. Gutters replaced...pitched done incorrectly and replaced wrong. Beware ... I suggest to go elsewhere!!

Update now 6 months later. We just found places on the roof they didn’t replace the wood decking—so just tar paper and shingles!! Update ~3 months after work complete. We’ve found two gutters improperly reinstalled causing them to leak from behind the gutter down the siding. All-in for a small capecod (800 sf ft first floor) siding and roofing was ~$20k (includes tearing off 3 layers of old roof and tearing off old siding). AF went above and beyond to get the most from our insurance company in terms of total material/services paid for (including making sure they followed all local code). The final product was a beautiful Slate-colored 4" Market Square siding (from Exterior Portfolio); it took some time to get the final details squared away but we are happy with the look and the quality of the work. Chris, our PM, worked hard to get this project complete and done in a quality manner; Kevin, the owner, is involved in making sure projects meet customers' needs/wants and are successful.
