Everyone was very professional and nice. Will came to the house at the time he said he would be there, did the inspection and explained everything they would be doing. The roofers arrived the day and time that Will said they would and they did an awesome job. When they were done the only evidence that they were there was the new roof. I choose Gold Star because I have seen they're work before and they had excellent references from family members that had used them in the past. I highly recommend Gold Star and when the time comes I will definitely use them again.

My experience from the first phone call speaking to their receptionist to the final inspection was exceptional! Will came to do the estimate on the date and time promised and provided clear expectations of when they could perform the work and what the entire process would entail. I received the phone call to set up the appointment and the work was completed in a professional manner. I was very appreciative to have the yard free of debris and nails as my dog has full use of the yard.
