Worst experience ever! This company has no ethics! In short, they never did the work we paid for. Just flat out reported that work had been completed that was never done. We had water pouring into our kitchen and garage during the first rain after their visit. An initial inspection missed visible holes in our roofing and neglected to inspect or report on areas of the roof that were not directly over the living areas (i.e. the patio and entry way- which had serious leakage problems it turns out!). After this report (that exposed some broken tiles and leakage over the garage) their sister company “performed the repairs”. We received a final inspection confirming that the roof’s broken tiles were repaired and there were no longer any visible signs of leakage…. ALL LIES! Neither the inspection nor the repairs were ever done! Next rainy day we discovered that multiple broken tiles existed and leakage over the garage was severe. The owner of the company admitted in person that the repairs had never been done but later all employees avoided phone calls and denied that the work was unsatisfactory. We hired a new roofer to come fix what was never done and provided proof to L. Peters that all the work had to be re-done and re-paid for. They denied that it was their responsibility and avoided our calls. I have never been so frustrated or shocked by such lack of ethical behavior.
