Straight forward to deal with. Fair price. Would definitely use them again. Used them a second time with great success. Had leaks in a complex metal roof section that was installed by another company, They came out in the middle of winter and fixed the problem. No hesitation in recommending them.

My husband and I were obtaining quotes and was working with Bryan who described himself as an owner. A time was agreed upon but then Bryan decided that I needed to be home during his visit. My husband has a more flexible schedule so 10am on a Fri morning was possible, I could not be there. Bryan was insistent that I be there and wanted to come by on a Sunday of the long weekend, we explained to him that I would not be there and Sunday was not an option. Bryan did not respond to an email confirming Fri at 10 instead my husband waited around thinking he would show up. Never heard from him via email or a returned phone call (husband called that AM to see if he was coming up). He refused to listed to what we were able to do with our schedule and I would never work with this company. If you can't work around the schedule of the person looking to spend 40k you have no business being in sales.

My roof needed to be redone and I was very hesitant to begin the project. I am very fortunate and grateful I worked with Classic Metal Roofs and Mike. The Classic Metal Roof team was professional, competent, and considerate. I have the metal shingles. Looks terrific! Because we had snow during the project, Classic Metal Roofs sent men back to check and clean up any missed materials in the yard. Wonderful! I sincerely appreciate the team's skill and workmanship. After doing a great deal of research about metal roofs, materials, industry standards, expectations, and how installation should be done properly, I contracted Classic Metal Roofs, LLC. They met the standards. It was also important to me that they do not hire sub-contractors, they train their crews. This helps to maintain consistency in quality. I had to wait months but it was worth it. They did excellent work, and took pride in the results. I originally looked into aluminum roofing to take care of ice dam situations I have had with asphalt roofing. I highly recommend this company.
