I contacted Wayne for an estimate on a small exterior trim job. He came the next day and took the time to walk around the house with me so that I could show what I wanted to be replaced. I requested an estimate be sent by email and I received it the next day. I feel that the price was very fair, especially considering that it was not a large job but required staging to be set up. He gave me an approximate start date that was a few weeks out. I told him that was perfect. He kept me updated as the start time drew closer. I was vary happy when he emailed to say that he was ready to start on the week that was initially projected !! He arrived with a helper on time as scheduled. They were very skillful at "patching in" some areas of exterior trim as well as other work. I found both of them to be helpful and willing to offer advice when they found issues that needed to be addressed. They did a very good job of cleaning up after they were done and disposed of the old material for me. I definitely recommend Wayne and his company, New England Exteriors, for any exterior carpentry work that needs to be done. I will be using him again in the future, especially since I had a great experience at a very fair price.
