Had work completed July 2018 which appears to be faulty from pictures compared to then and now. work was under warranty.... reached out to the customer service rep and the owner who returned call and scheduled appt. Yet still has not contacted me again about the status. I still have a voicemail from them, which i texted to them and sent via email, and ghost! They have yet to reach out to me and this has been going on since December of last year. Be wary... Finally received a follow-up March 2019 via FB messaging because again, I had to reach out first. Upon responding, now GHOST again. Be wary, please. Pay for someone else!
